Aquatic Fitness
Aquatic fitness has come a long way and is a field that is constantly growing for the better. Not only do I use traditional water aerobics in my routines, I also incorporate circuit and interval training for a calorie-burning, head-to-toe workout that’s easy on the joints, effective on the body, and lots of fun.

Personal Training
Nothing says effective like one-on-one training. As a personal training success story myself, I feel very strongly about the importance of having that “coach” pep-talking you along the way; curtailing workouts for your body—and your abilities—alone. Whether in a gym, a park or in your living room, I will help drive you to reach your goals through both aerobic and anaerobic routines.

Water Wahine Fitness offers energizing group classes at premier Honolulu locations. Whether you’re looking for aquatic conditioning, strength training, or mindful movement, we’ve got a class for you.
